Schwab aka Kathern Cleona Schwab, Deceased. whose last place of residence/business is unknown, but whose present place of residence/business is unknown will take notice that on January 21, 2026 Plaintiff, Nationstar Mortgage LLC filed its Complaint in Case No. CV2026010138 in the Court of Common Pleas Butler County, Ohio alleging that the Defendant(s) The Unknown Heirs at Law or Under the Will, if any, of Dola Jean Joseph, Deceased., The Unknown Heirs at Law or Under the Will, if any, of Kathern C. Schwab aka Kathern Cleona Schwab, Deceased. have or claim to have an interest in the real estate described below: Permanent Parcel Number: Q6541019000031; Property Address: 506 Ross Street, Middletown, OH 45044. The legal description may be obtained from the Butler County Auditor at 130 High Street, Hamilton, Ohio 45011, 513-887-3154. The Petitioner further alleges that by reason of default of the Defendant(s) in the payment of a promissory note, according to its tenor, the conditions of a concurrent mortgage deed given to secure the payment of said note and conveying the premises described, have been broken, and the same has become absolute.
