ORDER OF SALE CARRINGTON MORTGAGE SERVICES, LLC VS DAVID M DODSON, et al By virtue of an ORDER OF SALE issued by the Clerk of the Court of Common Pleas of Stark County, Ohio, and to me directed I will offer for sale at public auction on Monday, March 30, 2026 at 10:00 AM ONLINE at https://stark.sheriffsaleauction.ohio.gov, the following described real estate, to wit: SITUATED IN THE TOWNSHIP OF PARIS, COUNTY OF STARK AND STATE OF OHIO: KNOWN AS PERMANENT PARCEL 41-04300 AT 310 PLEASANT VALLEY DR S AND FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THE PRELIMINARY JUDICIAL REPORT FILED WITH THE STARK COUNTY CLERK OF COURTS.
