The Defendants, Unknown Heirs, Legatees, Devisees, Executors, Administrators and Assigns and their Spouse, if any, of Kevin M. Ide and Unknown Spouse, if any, of Kevin M. Ide, whose current addresses are unknown, will take notice that on October 29, 2025, the Plaintiff, NewRez LLC d/b/a Shellpoint Mortgage Servicing, filed its Complaint in Case No. 2025CV02354, in the Court of Common Pleas of Stark County, Ohio, seeking a foreclosure of its mortgage interest in the real property located at 3520 Baird Avenue SE, Paris, OH 44669, Permanent Parcel No. 4106042, ("Real Estate"), and alleged that the Defendants have or may have an interest in this Real Estate.
The Defendants, Unknown Heirs, Legatees, Devisees, Executors, Administrators and Assigns and their Spouse, if any, of Kevin M. Ide and Unknown Spouse, if any, of Kevin M. Ide are required to answer the Plaintiff's Complaint within twenty-eight (28) days after the last date of publication of this notice.
