Rostic, deceased, whose last place of residence is unknown and Unknown Spouse, if any, of Gary W. Rostic, whose last place of residence is known as 316 Rosemont Avenue, Steubenville, OH 43952 but whose present place of residence is unknown, will take notice that on March 17, 2026, Carrington Mortgage Services LLC, filed its Complaint in Foreclosure in Case No. 26CV00144 in the Court of Common Pleas Jefferson County, Ohio alleging that the Defendants, The Unknown Heirs at Law, Devisees, Legatees, Administrators, and Executors of the Estate of Gary W. Rostic, deceased and Unknown Spouse, if any, of Gary W. Rostic, have or claim to have an interest in the real estate located at 316 Rosemont Avenue, Steubenville, OH 43952, PPN #07-09021-000. A complete legal description may be obtained with the Jefferson County Auditor's Office located at 301 Market St., 4th Floor, P.O.
