George, et al, Defendants In pursuance of an alias Order of Sale dated December 3, 2025 in the above entitled action, I will offer for public auction at the Official Public Sheriff's Sale Website at https://seneca.sheriffsaleauction.ohio.gov on Thursday, April 2, 2026 at 10:00 o'clock A.M., the following described real estate, situated in the County of Seneca, and State of Ohio, and in the Township of Pleasant to-wit: Parcel Number(s): J37-00-058244-00-00; Prior Reference No.: OR Book 411, Page 2040; Said premises located at: 4429 North State Route 53, Tiffin, Ohio 44883. A copy of the complete legal description can be obtained at the Seneca County Recorder's Office located at 109 South Washington Street, Suite 2104, Tiffin, Ohio. Said premises appraised at $145,000.00 and cannot be sold for less than two-thirds of that amount. This appraisal does not include an interior examination, and the Sheriff's office, nor any affiliates, have access to the inside of said property. The purchaser shall be responsible for costs, allowance, and taxes that the proceeds of the sale are insufficient to cover. If any parcel does not receive a sufficient bid or is not otherwise disposed of according to law, it may be offered for sale again, at the same time of day and at the same place, on Thursday, April 16, 2026, with no minimum starting bid.
