A copy of the complete legal description can be obtained at the Seneca County Recorder's Office located at 109 South Washington Street, Suite 2104, Tiffin, Ohio. Said premises appraised at $110,000.00 and cannot be sold for less than two-thirds of that amount. This appraisal does not include an interior examination, and the Sheriff's office, nor any affiliates, have access to the inside of said property. The purchaser shall be responsible for costs, allowance, and taxes that the proceeds of the sale are insufficient to cover.
