Lillian Roe aka Lillian M. Roe's Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Legatees, and Assigns, et al., Case No. CVE20250306, in the Court of Common Pleas of Fayette County, Ohio, 110 E. Court St., Washington Court House, OH 43160, seeking foreclosure and alleging that the Defendant(s) Lillian Roe aka Lillian M. Roes Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Legatees and Assigns, have or may claim to have an interest in the real estate located at 4992 US Route 62 SW, Washington Court House, OH 43160 and known as Parcel Number 010-021-0-03-002-00.
