Scalise, Summit County Fiscal Officer, 175 South Main Street, Akron, Ohio 44308, Plaintiff vs. Armen Terteryian, Defendant(s). ARMEN TERTERYIAN (last known address: 15303 VENTURA BLVD. STE 605 AKRON, OH 44320), whose address cannot with the exercise of reasonable diligence be ascertained, and upon whom service of summons cannot be had in the State of Ohio, will take notice that on July 31, 2025, Kristen M. Scalise, Summit County Fiscal Officer, Plaintiff, filed a Complaint in the Common Pleas Court of Summit County, Ohio, being Case Number: CV2025 08 3549, to foreclose the lien for land taxes, assessments, penalties and interest, more specifically, on permanent parcel number(s): 68-01964.
