By virtue of an Order of Sale No. CV2025 08 3653 to me directed from the Court of Common Pleas, of Summit County, Ohio, I, KANDY FATHEREE, Sheriff of said County, will offer for sale at Public Auction, ONLINE, in accordance with ORC Section 2329.153 at https://summit.sheriffsaleauction.ohio.gov on FRIDAY, THE 27TH DAY OF MARCH, A.D., 2026 at 10:00 o'clock A. M. of said day, the following described Lands and Tenements, to-wit: 67-03817 Situated in the City of Akron, County of Summit and State of Ohio: And known as being all of Lot 30 in the re-subdivision of Firestone Park No. 2 as recorded in Plat Book 34, Page 80, Summit County Records of Plats. Prior Deed Reference: 56547450 Property located at: 1444 Oakwood Avenue, Akron, OH 44301. Property appraised at: Ninety-three Thousand Dollars ($93,000.00).
