By virtue of an Order of Sale No. CV2025 01 0178 to me directed from the Court of Common Pleas, of Summit County, Ohio, I, KANDY FATHEREE, Sheriff of said County, will offer for sale at Public Auction, ONLINE, in accordance with ORC Section 2329.153 at https://summit.sheriffsaleauction.ohio.gov on FRIDAY, THE 27TH DAY OF MARCH, A.D., 2026 at 10:00 o'clock A. M. of said day, the following described Lands and Tenements, to-wit: 68-46702 & 68-46703 Situated in the City of Akron, County of Summit and State of Ohio: and known as being all of Lot 144 in the Second Eastland Allotment as recorded in Plat Book 15, Pages 24-26 of Summit County Record of Plats, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.
