By virtue of an Order of Sale No. CV2025 05 2001 to me directed from the Court of Common Pleas, of Summit County, Ohio, I, KANDY FATHEREE, Sheriff of said County, will offer for sale at Public Auction, ONLINE, in accordance with ORC Section 2329.153 at https://summit.sheriffsaleauction.ohio.gov on FRIDAY, THE 10TH DAY OF APRIL, A.D., 2026 at 10:00 o'clock A. M. of said day, the following described Lands and Tenements, to-wit: 68-46053 Situated in the City of Akron, County of Summit and State of Ohio: And known as being all of Lot 502 in Dye and Allen 1st Addition to Lovers Lane Allotment, as shown by the recorded plat of said subdivision in Volume 18 of Maps, Page 28 of Summit County Records, excepting from the Southerly 8.76 feet between parallel lines. The entire balance of the purchase price shall be paid by cash or cashier's check ONLY within thirty (30) days after the filing of the Confirmation Entry, to the Summit County Sheriff.
