___________________________________ NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ___________________________________ Pursuant to Ordinance No. 1-2026 adopted by the City Council of the City of Washington Court House, Ohio (the Council) on February 11, 2026, the Council will hold a public hearing at 7:00 p.m. or thereafter on March 25, 2026 at City Council Chambers, 105 N Main Street, Washington Court House, Ohio 43160 on the application (the Application) of the City, in its capacity as a developer within the meaning of Ohio Revised Code Section 349.01(E), and Mark A. Bryant, an individual, John M. Bryant, an individual, and Bentley Land Company, LLC, an Ohio limited liability company, as owners of real property described by the Application, to add such property to the Washington Court House New Community Authority District (the District), a new community district established pursuant to Ohio Revised Code Chapter 349, and to amend the original petition (the Petition) establishing the District and the Washington Court House New Community Authority. The Resolution of Sufficiency, the Application, and the Petition are each on file in the Offices of the Clerk of Council, located at 105 N Main Street, Washington Court House, Ohio 43160, and are available for inspection by interested persons during regular business hours.
