NOTICE BY PUBLICATION OHIO CIVIL RULE 4.4(A) To be published in The Record-Herald, in the weekly edition for three (3) successive weeks, beginning February 14, 2026 and ending February 21, 2026. Legal Notice as follows: Unknown Heirs, Legatees, and Devisees, if any, of Scott Lyons, Sylar Lyons and Kendell Lyons, whose last place of residence are unknown, will take notice that on December 23, 2025, 21st Mortgage Corporation, filed its Complaint on Action for Replevin in Case No. CVH 2025 0473 in the Court of Common Pleas Fayette County, Ohio, alleging that Defendant Unknown Heirs, Legatees, and Devisees, if any, of Scott Lyons, Sylar Lyons and Kendell Lyons may have an interest in the 1990 Palm Harbor model, manufactured home, Serial No. PH320H9018845 located at 94 Jamison Road NW, Lot #148, Washington Court House, Ohio 43160. 21st Mortgage Corporation, further alleges that Defendant Bonnie J. Mettler Lyons and Decedent Scott Lyons have failed to remit the required monthly payments on the Contract for said manufactured home and is now in default of their obligations under the terms of the Contract. By virtue of the default, 21st Mortgage Corporation, is entitled to immediate and permanent of possession of said manufactured home. 21st Mortgage Corporation, prays that Defendants Unknown Heirs, Legatees, and Devisees, if any, of Scott Lyons, Sylar Lyons and Kendell Lyons be required to answer and set up their interest in said manufactured home or be forever barred from asserting the same, for default on the Contract, for 21st Mortgage Corporations immediate and permanent possession of said manufactured home, the commercially reasonable sale of said manufactured home, and the proceeds of said sale applied to the debt secured thereby, and for such other relief as is just and equitable.
