Request for Qualifications for Airport Engineering Consultant for Ashland County Ohio Airport(3G4) The Ashland County Airport Authority is soliciting engineering/consulting services proposals from qualified firms to assist in airport development projects. Projects are anticipated to be initiated between 2026-2031. Interested firms are requested to submit a Statement of Qualifications (SOQ). The SOQ should demonstrate the consultants' interest in providing airport planning, architectural / engineering design, and construction administration services focused on the current Airport Capital Improvements. This procurement request is a Qualification Based Selection (QBS) process, and shall conform to FAA Advisory Circular 150/5100-14D (dated September 30, 2014), and the Ohio Department of Transportation – Office of Aeronautics' Consultant Procurement Guidelines (dated 09/12/2016). These guidelines will be utilized to select the most qualified firm. Services for each project under this procurement request shall be negotiated independently. SOQ submittals shall exclude fees or costs. The Ashland County Airport Authority reserves the right to initiate additional procurement action for any services included in this advertisement. Projects are expected to be completed over several years, and funded in full or in part with funds and/or multiple grants or Sponsor Contracts from the Federal Aviation Administration, State of Ohio and sources of funding from the Sponsor. The selected firm shall be subject to all Federal, State, Local and Airport Authority requirements. The Ashland County Airport Authority reserves the right to waive any or all irregularities or formalities, and to reject any or all submittals. Proposals must be received by 6:00 p.m. EST, Friday, March 20, 2026 to be considered.
