LEGAL NOTICE NOTICE OF PUBLICATION To: The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Fiduciaries, Spouses and Assigns, and the Unknown Guardians of Minor and/or Incompetent Heirs of Lenora Edgar and Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Fiduciaries, Spouses and Assigns, and the Unknown Guardians of Minor and/or Incompetent Heirs of the Unknown Spouse of Lenora Edgar, presumed deceased, and all others claiming through or under them: A complaint was filed in the Athens County Court of Common Pleas, in Case No. 26CI0003. This notice is given to all persons who may claim an interest in the real estate located at 1784 E. SR 56, New Marshfield, Ohio, and more particularly described as: FIRST TRACT: Beginning at the northwest corner of the east half of the southeast quarter of Section 29, Town 11, Range 15; thence east 32 rods to a stone; thence south to the County Road; thence with the meanderings of said road to a point due south from the place of beginning; thence north to the place of beginning, containing 5 a
