LEGAL NOTICE NOTICE OF PUBLICATION To: The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Fiduciaries, Spouses and Assigns, and the Unknown Guardians of Minor and/or Incompetent Heirs of Lenora Edgar and Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Fiduciaries, Spouses and Assigns, and the Unknown Guardians of Minor and/or Incompetent Heirs of the Unknown Spouse of Lenora Edgar, presumed deceased, and all others claiming through or under them: A complaint was filed in the Athens County Court of Common Pleas, in Case No. 26CI0003. This notice is given to all persons who may claim an interest in the real estate located at 1784 E.
