BEAVER TOWNSHIP, OHIO 2026 Quarter Percent Sales Tax ResurfacingNOTICE TO BIDDERS The Board of Trustees of Beaver Township will receive sealed bids for the above referenced project until 11 AM on March 10, 2026 at the Beaver Township Administration Office, 11822 South Avenue, North Lima, OH 44452. Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at 5:30 PM on March 10, 2026 at the Trustees’ Meeting at Beaver Township Administration Office. Plans, specifications and bidding forms can be obtained only from Thomas Fok & Associates, Inc. at 3896 Mahoning Avenue, Youngstown, Ohio 44515, (330) 799-1501, for a non-refundable fee of Fifty Dollars ($50.00) plus postage and handling, if applicable, for each set of Contract Documents and Drawings. Checks are to be made payable to Thomas Fok & Associates, Inc. Project consists of full width asphalt pavement resurfacing on W. Calla Rd . between west of Detwiler Rd. to Green/Beaver Twp. line for a length of 5,120' (0.97 mile); Nila Dr . between SR164 and Memorial Park parking lot for a length of 840' (0.16 mile); Strawberry Aly between Miley Rd. and SR7 for a length of 740' (0.14 mile); and Elton Rd . between W.
