NOTICE OF SERVICE BY PUBLICATION IN THE PROBATE COURT OF FRANKLIN COUNTY, OHIO JEFFREY D. MACKEY, JUDGE IN THE MATTER OF THE ESTATE OF: JUAN CARLOS ORTIZ-RODRIGUEZ, DECEASED CASE NO. 601476 Mario Rodriguez, whose last known address is unknown, and any unknown heirs, parties, creditors, and/or subrogated insurance claimants, are hereby notified that a proceeding involving Juan Carlos Ortiz-Rodriguez, deceased, has been filed in the Probate Court of Franklin County, Ohio. It is ordered that service upon Mario Rodriguez and any unknown heirs, creditors/insurance claimants shall be made by publication. Said parties are required to answer or otherwise respond as provided by law. If they fail to do so, the Court may proceed without them. Hearing will be held on February 19, 2026, at 9:30 a.m., and the hearing will be by videoconference. This Notice is published pursuant to Ohio Civ.R. 73(E).
