Darke County Board of Commissioners Advertisement for Sealed Bids for Sale of property at 118 West Fifth Street The Darke County Board of Commissioners are accepting sealed bids for the sale of the property located at 118 West Fifth Street located in the Smith & Wilson Addition, being Part Lot 145 in the City of Greenville, Darke County, Ohio. Property is known as Darke County Auditor Parcel ID #F27-2-212-35-04-07-13800. The property is being sold "as-is" and is a two-story office building located on 0.0413 acres. Minimum bid price is $40,000.00. The Darke County Board of Commissioners will accept sealed bids on March 17, 2026 at the Darke County Administration Building, 520 South Broadway, Greenville, Ohio until 9:00 AM.
