NOTICE TO APPEAR AND DEFEND THE STATE OF OHIO, MAHONING COUNTY, SS: IN THE COURT OF COMMON PLEAS, JUVENILE DIVISION, MAHONING COUNTY, OHIO. Case No. 2025 JG 639 IN THE MATTER OF: ANNALEE JADE WRIGHT, ALLEGED DEPENDENT CHILD. D.O.B.: 2/8/2016 NATURAL FATHER, PARIS JAMES WRIGHT, whose last known address was 1937 Paradise Valley Rd., Cleveland, GA 30528 in care of Jackie Springer and NATURAL MOTHER, ELIZABETH ALTMAN whose last known address was 600 Kemp Dr., Acworth, GA 30102, will hereby take notice that a motion/complaint has been filed in the Court of Common Pleas, Juvenile Division, Mahoning County, Ohio, alleging that said juvenile is dependent and containing a prayer or request for motion for legal custody TO Kimberly Lou Pittman and James W. Pittman. That said motion/complaint will be held for hearing before said Court at 300 E. Scott Street, Youngstown, Ohio, on the 2nd day of March 2026, at 1:30 p.m.. The Natural Father, Paris James Wright and Natural Mother Elizabeth Altman are ordered to appear before said Court on said date and show cause why the complainant's prayer should not be granted. You may lose valuable rights or be subject to Court sanction if you fail to appear. The child's condition or environment is such as to warrant the State, in the interest of the child, in assuming their guardianship, pursuant to ORC 2151.04(C). An order of temporary custody will cause the removal of the child from the parent's physical and legal custody until the Court terminates the order or permanently divests the parents of their parental rights. Any party is entitled to an attorney in all proceedings in Juvenile Court. If a party cannot afford an attorney and meets certain requirements, the Court will appoint one upon request.
