NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The Austintown Township Board of Appeals shall hold a Public Hearing on Thursday, March 5, 2026 at 7:00 P.M., at the Township Building, 82 Ohltown Road, Austintown, Ohio, for consideration of the following cases: APPEAL CASE 2026-02-A Walid Mohammad, 435 Forrest Hill Drive, Austintown , Ohio 44515, on behalf of property owner Sethi Rahul, 8170 Street Rosario Place, Canfield, Ohio, 44406, appeals from the decision of the Austintown Township Zoning Inspector and requests a conditional use permit from the terms of Article XI-Business B-2 District, Section 1102-Conditionally Permitted Uses, Paragraph 7- Used Car Lot, of the Austintown Township Zoning Ordinance, as amended through August 5, 2024, of the Austintown Township Zoning Ordinance, as amended through August 5, 2024, to allow for the proposed "Prestige Auto Finance LLC" used car lot to be located at 1665 South Raccoon Road. Said property is further described as Lot 1, Srock-Sweitzer Plat No. 1, Parcel 48-080-0-085.00-0, is located on the East side of the South Raccoon Road right-of-way, approximately 120 feet North of the South Raccoon Road – New Road intersection; and are zoned as a Business B-2 Districts in Austintown Township, Mahoning County, State of Ohio. Said property is further described as Lot 16, The Mahoning Hight's Plat No. 1, Parcels 48-026-0-079.00-0, 48-026-0-078.00-0 , are located on the West side of the North Raccoon Road right-of-way, approximately 140 feet North of the North Raccoon Road –Norquest Boulevard intersection; and are zoned as a Business B-2 Districts in Austintown Township, Mahoning County, State of Ohio.
