PUBLIC NOTICE LIST OF ASSESSMENTS City of Kettering 2025 SIDEWALK REPAIR PROJECT (City Project #05-125) The City Council of the City of Kettering hereby gives notice that the construction of and the repair or replacement of sidewalks, curbs, gutters, and related appurtenances is completed for the following City of Kettering project and/or programs 2025 Sidewalk Repair Project (City Project #05-125) The total cost of such construction, repair or replacement has been ascertained and has been reported to City Council. A list of the estimated assessments for the 2025 Sidewalk Repair Project (City Project #05-125) which includes the total cost of such construction, repair, or replacement to each lot or land abutting upon such construction, repair, or replacement has been prepared. The lists are on file and available for inspection and examination by interested persons in the Clerk of City Council's Office during normal weekday office hours (8:30 a.m. 4:30 p.m.). Any person objecting to assessments on the lists shall file a written objection with the Clerk of Council no later than March 23, 2026. All written objections to any assessment for these projects and/or programs must be received in the Clerk of Council's Office before 4:30 p.m. on March 23, 2026.
