NOTICE OF REPORT AVAILABILITY AND
PUBLIC COMMENT PERIOD

The City of Kettering, as directed by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) has completed a performance report for Program Year 2025. This report, the Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER), includes the projects and activities undertaken by the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) program.

This report describes the federally funded activities undertaken by the city and the accomplishments of our program year 2025. The report is available to the public for review at the Dayton Metro Library Wilmington Stroop Branch at 3980 Wilmington  Pike and the Planning and Development Department in the City of Kettering  Government Center, 3600 Shroyer Rd.

A fifteen-day (15) public comment period commences with the publication of this notice on March 2, 2026.
