IN THE MARION COMMON PLEAS COURT, MARION, OHIO NOTICE OF COMPLAINT John King, et al., and if Deceased, the Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Legatees, Assignees, Executors, Administrators and Representatives of John King and the Unknown Guardians of minor and/or incompetent heirs of John King; Jane Doe Unknown Spouse if any of John King and, if Deceased, the Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Legatees, Assignees, Executors, Administrators and Representatives of Jane Doe Unknown Spouse, if any of John King, et al and the Unknown Guardians of minor and/or incompetent heirs of Jane Doe, Unknown Spouse if any, of John King whose addresses are unknown, will take notice that on September 15, 2025 MARION COUNTY TREASURER filed a complaint in the Marion Common Pleas Court, Marion County, Ohio, being case no. 2025 CV 0442, seeking to foreclose upon and sell the following described real estate to collect unpaid real estate taxes and assessments: 465 Oak Street, Marion, OH 43302, Marion County.
