Newlove, Individually and as Fiduciary of the Es-tate of Lee E. Williams, et al., Defendants Legal Notice Defendant(s), Brent Lane, whose last known address is 6699 Main Street Meeker, Marion, OH 43302, Janet VanGorden, whose last known address is 279 Pennsylvania Avenue, Marion, OH 43302 And Tim VanGorden, whose last known address is 279 Pennsylvania Avenue, Marion, OH 43302, will take notice that on November 19, 2025, The Huntington National Bank, filed its Complaint in Case Number 2025 CV 0562, Marion County, Ohio, alleging that the defendant(s), Brent Lane, Janet VanGorden And Tim VanGorden, have or claim to have an interest in the real estate described below: Premises commonly known as: 6699 Main Street Meeker, Marion, OH 43302 Parcel No.: 240010002900 The Plaintiff further alleges that by reason of default in the payment of the promissory note, according to its tenor, the conditions of a concurrent mortgage deed given to secure the payment of said note and conveying the premises described, have been broken and the same has become absolute. The Plaintiff demands that the defendants named above be required to answer and set up their interest in said real estate or be forever barred from asserting the same, for foreclosure of said mortgage, the marshaling of any liens, and the sale of said real estate, and the proceeds of said sale applied to the payment of plaintiff's claim in the proper order of its priority and for such other and further relief as is just and equitable.
