IN THE MARION COMMON PLEAS COURT, MARION, OHIO NOTICE OF COMPLAINT Argyro Regules, Deceased, et al., and the Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Legatees, Assignees, Executors, Administrators and Representatives of Argyro Regules and the Unknown Guardians of minor and/or incompetent heirs of Argyro Regules, Deceased., Jane Doe Unknown Spouse of Argyro Regules, Deceased, et al., and the Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Legatees, Assignees, Executors, Administrators and Representatives of Jane Doe Unknown Spouse of Argyro Regules and the Unknown Guardians of minor and/or incompetent heirs of Jane Doe Unknown Spouse of Argyro Regules, Deceased.; whose addresses are unknown will take notice that on September 3, 2025 MARION COUNTY TREASURER filed a complaint in the Marion Common Pleas Court, Marion County, Ohio, being case no. 2025 CV 0425, seeking to foreclose upon and sell the following described real estate to collect unpaid real estate taxes and assessments: Wallace Street- Lot, Marion, OH 43302, Marion County.
