St. Rt. 41, Troy, Ohio 45373, whose present address is unknown, the unknown spouses, heirs devisees, legatees, assignees, executors, administrators and minor and/or incompetent heirs of Steven M. Sheafer, and Unknown Spouse, if any, of Steven M. Sheafer, will take notice that on December 15, 2025, Jim Stubbs, as Treasurer of Miami County, Ohio, Plaintiff, filed his Complaint in Case No. 25-804 in the Common Pleas Court of Miami County, Ohio, against Steven M.
