Sheafer, and Unknown Spouse, if any, of Steven M. Sheafer, will take notice that on December 15, 2025, Jim Stubbs, as Treasurer of Miami County, Ohio, Plaintiff, filed his Complaint in Case No. 25-804 in the Common Pleas Court of Miami County, Ohio, against Steven M.
