LEGAL NOTICE INVITATION TO BID Sealed bids will be received by the Clerk of Council of the City of Middleburg Heights, Ohio in the Council Office, 15700 Bagley Road, Third Floor, Middleburg Heights, Ohio 44130 until 11:00 a.m., Wednesday, March 11, 2026 for PAVEMENT MARKINGS for the City of Middleburg Heights in accordance with specifications on file in the office of the Clerk of Council. Copies of the specifications, bidding forms and any addenda must be obtained at the Office of the Middleburg Heights Council Clerk, 15700 Bagley Road, Middleburg Heights, Ohio 44130, (440) 234-8811. Each bid must contain the full name of every person, firm or corporation interested therein and be accompanied by a Certified Check drawn on a solvent bank in the State of Ohio or a Bid Bond in the amount of the five percent (5%) of the total bid as a guarantee that if the bid is accepted a contract will be entered into and its performance properly secured. Contractors shall be required to pay prevailing wages on this contract in accordance with Chapter 4115 of the Ohio Revised Code. The Contractor shall make the necessary adjustment in the prevailing wage rate and pay any wage increase during the term of the Contract. Information on wage rates may be obtained through the Department of Commerce, Wage and Hour Administration. The City of Middleburg Heights reserves the right to reject any and all bids, or parts of any bids, and the right to waive any informalities or irregularities in the bidding.
