Joseph Bica, Portage County Treasurer, Plaintiff vs. I AM Home LLC, et al., Defendants. Unknown Tenants, Unknown Occupants, and Unknown Parties In Possession Under Any Claim whose last place of residence/business is 1028 Irish Road, Kent, Ohio 44240, will take notice that on February 2, 2026, Joseph Bica, Portage County Treasurer, Plaintiff, filed a Complaint in the Common Pleas Court of Portage County, Ohio, being case number 2026 CV 00080 to foreclose the lien for land taxes, assessments, penalties, more specifically, on permanent parcel numbers 04-040-10-00-045-000 and 04-040-10-00-044-000 The lien represents delinquent real estate taxes, assessments, penalties, and interest on the following described real estate. Located at 1028 Irish Road, Kent, Ohio 44240; Brimfield Township (Description available at the Portage County Recorder's Office) The defendants are hereby required to answer and set up any claim that they might have to said premises or be forever barred, that the Plaintiff be found to have a first and best lien on the said premises for the amount so owing.
