LEGAL NOTICE In the Court of Common Pleas, 203 West Main Street, Ravenna, Portage County, Ohio. Case No. 2026 CV 00056. Joseph Bica, Portage County Treasurer, Plaintiff vs. Errol A. Can, et al., Defendants. Errol A. Can, Unknown Spouse, If Any, Of Errol A. Can, Unknown Tenant, Unknown Occupant, and Unknown Party In Possession Under Any Claim, and Premier Bank, FNA First Federal Savings Bank Of The Midwest Successor By Merger With Home Savings Bank, Also Known As Wesbanco Inc., and Wesbanco, whose addresses cannot with the exercise of reasonable diligence be ascertained, and upon whom service of summons cannot be had in the State of Ohio, will take notice that on January 22, 2026, Joseph Bica, Portage County Treasurer, Plaintiff, filed a Complaint in the Common Pleas Court of Portage County, Ohio, being case number 2026 CV 00056 to foreclose the lien for land taxes, assessments, penalties, more specifically, on permanent parcel number 12-075-00-00-054-000. The lien represents delinquent real estate taxes, assessments, penalties, and interest on the following described real estate. Located at 1942 Pine Drive, Kent, Franklin Township, Ohio 44240 (Description available at the Portage County Recorder's Office) The defendants are hereby required to answer and set up any claim that they might have to said premises or be forever barred, that the Plaintiff be found to have a first and best lien on the said premises for the amount so owing.
