The purpose and intent for the public hearing is to take public comment on the recommended updates and changes to the City of Geneva Codified Ordinances Part Twelve  Planning and Zoning Code; Zoning Map; and, Part Fourteen, Chapter 1450 Flood Damage Prevention. The updates and changes are available for review by the public on the City of Geneva website as well as at City Hall Administration office. All interested residents are encouraged to attend this public hearing. Those unable to attend can submit written comments. Written comments will be received until 4:00 p.m. on March 9, 2026.
