28FBLEGAL NOTICE Notice of Public HearingNotice of Public Meeting,March 9, 2026 at 5:00 p.m.Title IV, Planning & Zoning Code Update; Zoning Code Update Map; Update to Chapter 1450 Flood Damage PreventionNotice is hereby given that the City of Geneva, Ashtabula, Ohio will conduct a Public Hearing on Monday, March 9, 2026 from 5:00 p.m. to 5:45 p.m. in City Council chambers at Geneva City Hall, 44 North Forest Street, Geneva, Ohio. The purpose and intent for the public hearing is to take public comment on the recommended updates and changes to the City of Geneva Codified Ordinances Part Twelve Planning and Zoning Code; Zoning Map; and, Part Fourteen, Chapter 1450 Flood Damage Prevention. The updates and changes are available for review by the public on the City of Geneva website as well as at City Hall Administration office. All interested residents are encouraged to attend this public hearing. Those unable to attend can submit written comments. Written comments will be received until 4:00 p.m. on March 9, 2026. Written comments may be sent to the Office of the Clerk of Council, 44 North Forest Street, Geneva, Ohio 44041 or sent via email at pdunlap@genevaohio.gov.
