Legal Notice Van Wert County Engineer & Multi Township Joint Chip Seal Pro- gram 2026 Sealed bids will be received by the Van Wert County En- gineer & the Van Wert Coun- ty Township Association until 10:30 A.M., local time, Febru- ary 26, 2026 in the office of the Board of Van Wert County Commissioners located at 114 East Main Street, Suite 200 Van Wert, Ohio 45891 at which time said bids will be opened for furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment for the following project: Bids will be for full width single coat chip sealing of ap- proximately 58 miles of County/ Township roadways, varying in widths of 15-20 feet in Van Wert County, OH. A portion of this contract will fall under OPWC funding guidelines which will be explained in the bid documents. Plans, specifications, and bid documents may be obtained from the Van Wert County En- gineer's Office located at 1192 Grill Rd., Van Wert, Ohio 45891 or by request at: tallenbaugh@ vanwertcountyohio
