LEGAL NOTICE
BIDS-EMULSIONS 2026
	 Sealed bids will be received
by the Van Wert County Engi-
neer until 10:45 A.M., local time,
Thursday February 26, 2026 at
the office of the Board of Van
Wert County Commissioners,
located at 114 East Main Street,
Suite 200 Van Wert, Ohio 45891
at which time said bids will be
opened for furnishing Emulsified
Asphalt for use by the County
Engineer in maintaining county
and township roads during the
year of 2026. Bids will be for
approximately 10,000 gallons of
HFMS-2 or MWS-90, whichever
is available at the time the order
is placed.
	 Said bid must be in writing
on the bid form furnished by the
County Engineer and submitted
in a sealed envelope marked
"Bids-Emulsions 2026". The bid
shall be accompanied by a bond
or certified check, cashier's
check, or money order on a sol-
vent bank in the amount of five
percent (5%) of the bid, condi-
tioned that the bidder shall, if
his bid is accepted, execute a
contract in conformity
