PUBLIC NOTICE NOTICE OF COMPLAINT FOR DIVORCE In the Common Pleas Court of Highland County, Ohio Division of Domestic Relations James Coss v. Charity Wallace Case No. 25DR0068 Charity Wallace, whose last known address was 1107 Wareham Drive, #11, Cincinnati, Ohio 45202, and whose current place of residence and whereabouts are unknown and cannot with reasonable diligence be ascertained, will take notice that on June 3, 2025 James Coss filed a Complaint for Divorce in the Highland County Common Pleas Court, Domestic Relations Division, 105 North High Street, Hillsboro, Ohio 45133. Case No. 25DR0068, praying that the Court issue a Decree of Divorce dividing the property of the parties.
