NOTICEATTENTION: Tristan B. Teeters. You are hereby notified that you have been named as a Defendant in a legal action entitled First Commonwealth Bank v. Tristan B. Teeters, Belmont County Court of Common Pleas, Case No. 25 CV 341. The Complaint filed against you concerns the breach of your Retail Installment Sale Contract with Plaintiff and continued possession of Plaintiff's collateral vehicle. You are required to answer the Complaint within 28 days after the last publication of this notice. This notice will be published once a week for six successive weeks. The last publication will be made on March 3, 2026. The 28 days in which you must file your answer will begin on that date.
