PUBLIC NOTICECOMPREHENSIVE TITLE XX SOCIAL SERVICES PLANFISCAL YEAR 2027A public hearing has been scheduled for March 26, 2026 at 12:00 p.m. at the Belmont County Department of Job and Family Services, 68145 Hammond Road, St. Clairsville, Ohio 43950 to allow citizens and other interested parties an opportunity to provide public comment on the proposed Title XX Comprehensive Social Services Plan, in accordance with the provisions of the Ohio Revised Code. Participants may provide oral or written testimony at the hearing.
