CASE NO. 2026-04 PUBLIC NOTICE TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: An application has been received by the Planning Board requesting approval of a Final Planned Unit Development (PUD) Plan & Final Plat for Section Three (3) of the Hillside Meadows residential subdivision for single-family dwellings. Section Three (3) proposes the creation of up to 47 residential lots and two (2) open space lots on 13 acres with the extension of Wildflower Road and Cliffside Dr. and the establishment of one (1) new street. The overall development contains 40 acres located at 1838 Armstrong Rd. (parcel# A02000100340010100) in a Planned Unit Development (PUD) Zoning District. The public hearing regarding this matter will be held on Tuesday, March 10, 2026 at 4:00 p.m. in the City Building, 44 West Hebble Avenue, Fairborn, Ohio, 45324. Any person interested in or affected by this matter may appear and be heard at the public hearing.
