Public hearings on multiple ordinances in Fairborn scheduled for March 16, 2026.

LEGAL NOTICE   TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:  Pursuant to Section 2.14(b) of the Charter of the City of Fairborn, Ohio, notice is hereby given that on Monday, the 16th day  of March, 2026 at 6:00 p.m. in the City Building, located at 44  West Hebble Avenue, Fairborn, Ohio, 45324 public hearings  will be given on the following Ordinances of public nature, which  will be considered for action by the Council of the City of Fairborn, Ohio:  Ordinance 7-26 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTERS 547, 901, 903, 907,  912, 913, 915, AND 1323 OF THE CODIFIED ORDINANCES  OF THE CITY OF FAIRBORN, OHIO, RELATING TO ENGINEERING DIVISION PERMITS, CONNECTION CHARGES,  FEES, AND PENALTIES.  Ordinance 8-26 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 913.03 OF THE CODIFIED ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF FAIRBORN, OHIO,  RELATING TO WATER RATE CHARGES.  Ordinance 9-26 AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO  GRANT A PIPELINE EASEMENT TO VECTREN ENERGY  DELIVERY OF OHIO, LLC D/B/A CENTERPOINT ENERGY  OHIO ACROSS CITY-OWNED PROPERTY LOCATED IN  BATH TOWNSHIP, GREENE COUNTY, OHIO.   Anyone interested therein may appear and after the Ordinance  is read by title or in full be heard thereon at said time and place  or anytime or place to which such hearing shall from time to  time be adjourned.
