LEGAL NOTICE TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: Pursuant to Section 2.14(b) of the Charter of the City of Fairborn, Ohio, notice is hereby given that on Monday, the 2nd day of March, 2026 at 6:00 p.m. in the City Building, located at 44 West Hebble Avenue, Fairborn, Ohio, 45324 public hearings will be given on the following Ordinance of public nature, which will be considered for action by the Council of the City of Fairborn, Ohio: Ordinance 5-26 An Ordinance Approving a Zoning Map Amendment from CI Civic/Institutional to PUD Planned Unit Development for Approximately 10 Acres located at 3101 Colonel Glenn Highway. Ordinance 6-26 An Ordinance Providing for the Issuance and Sale of Notes in the Maximum Aggregate Principal Amount of $3,575,000, in anticipation of the Issuance of Bonds for the Purpose of paying the costs of (A) Acquiring and Improving Certain Properties in Several Locations within the City and Providing for the Demolition and Site Preparation Thereof, (B) Acquiring approximately Three Acres of Real Property Located in the Broad Street Corridor, and Providing for the Demolition and Site Preparation Thereof, (C) Improving various Parcels of Real Property Located on Main Street or 3rd Street, including Demolition, Site Preparation and Rehabilitation and (D) Acquiring Certain Real Property Located in the Broad Street Corridor, each in Support of Economic Development and Job Creation within the City. Anyone interested therein may appear and after the Ordinance is read by title or in full be heard thereon at said time and place or anytime or place to which such hearing shall from time to time be adjourned.
