LEGAL NOTICE Notice is hereby given that the following Ordinance was adopted by the Council of the City of Fairborn, Ohio, on February 16, 2026, and became effective on February 16, 2026. ORDINANCE NO. 04-26 MAKING SUPPLEMENTAL APPROPRIATIONS TO THE APPROPRIATIONS BUDGET OF THE CITY OF FAIRBORN, STATE OF OHIO, AND AUTHORIZING TRANSFERS FOR THE FISCAL YEAR ENDING DECEMBER 31, 2026, AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY.
