LEGAL NOTICE Notice is hereby given that the following Ordinance was adopted by the Council of the City of Fairborn, Ohio, on April 20, 2026, and became effective on April 20, 2026. ORDINANCE 11-26 MAKING SUPPLEMENTAL APPROPRIATIONS TO THE APPROPRIATIONS BUDGET OF THE CITY OF FAIRBORN, STATE OF OHIO, AND AUTHORIZING TRANSFERS FOR THE FISCAL YEAR ENDING DECEMBER 31, 2026, AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. Copies of said Ordinances have been filed in the office of the City Clerk, in the City Building, located at 44 West Hebble Avenue, Fairborn, Ohio, and are available for public inspection on weekdays between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Daniel R.
