MSD LEGAL NOTICE MSD LEGAL NOTICE Pursuant to section 1509 of Article XV of the Metropolitan Sewer District Rules and Regulations and to the provisions of the Clean Water Act and regulations pertaining thereto as set forth in 40 CFR 403.8 and the requirements of the NPDES permits for Indian Creek, Little Miami, Mill Creek, Muddy Creek, Polk Run, Sycamore Creek and Taylor Creek Wastewater Treatment Plants, the Metropolitan Sewer District of Greater Cincinnati (MSD) is required to publish a list of industrial users which are in significant noncompliance with Article XV of the MSD Rules and Regulations. MSD records disclose the following industrial users as being in significant noncompliance during 2025: Baerlocher Production USA, LLC, CAI Investments Healthcare Products I, DST, DuBois Chemicals, Inc., Harland Drumm Enterprises, Inc., Mechanical Finishers, Inc. LLC, Plating Solutions, LLC. Porter Guertin Company, Shepherd Chemical Company, Synthica St. Bernard, LLC - dba Synthica Renewable Natural Gas (RNG) Facility, Veelo Technologies, LLC, , and Wincom Inc.
