NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR BUSINESS COMBINATION
Notice is given that application has been made to the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency, New York Office, 7 Times Square Tower, 10th Floor Mailroom, New York, New York 10036, for consent to assign andtransfer certain deposit liabilities, prepaid cards and prepaid card agreements of Regions Bank, 1900 Fifth Avenue North, Birmingham, Alabama 35203 to Fifth Third Bank, National Association, 38 Fountain Square Plaza, Cincinnati, Ohio 45202.
It is contemplated that the main/home offices and branch offices of the above-named banks will continue to operate.
This notice is published pursuant to 12 USC 1828(c) and 12 CFR 5.33. Anyone may submit written comments on this application by Monday April 6th, 2026, to: Director for Large Bank Licensing, 7 Times Square, 10th Floor Mailroom, New York, New York 10036, or by emailing LicensingPublicComments@occ.treas.gov.
