NOTICE OF FILING AN APPLICATION APPLICATION FOR A LETTER OF AUTHORITY TO ESTABLISH A BRANCH Notice is hereby given that on March 4, 2026, Northwest Bank, with its principal place of business located at 100 Liberty Street, Warren, Warren County Pennsylvania, filed with the Pennsylvania Department of Banking, the Ohio Department of Commerce Division of Financial Institutions, and the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) an application for a Letter of Authority to establish a branch located at: 2006 North High Street Columbus, Ohio 43201 All interested persons may file comments regarding this application with Pennsylvania Department of Banking and Securities, Bureau of Bank Supervision, at ra-bnbnksbmssnsppt@pa.gov and/or with the FDIC Regional Office at 300 South Riverside Plaza, Suite 1700, Chicago, IL 60606-3447. In order for your comments to be considered, written comments regarding this application must be received by the PA Department of Banking not later than ten (10) business days and by the FDIC not later than fifteen (15) days, after the date of publication of this notice.
