Notice of Intent to Cancel Oil and Gas Lease Under Ohio Revised Code Section 5301.332 Notice to Harold M. Bosworth, their respective successors or assigns: Pursuant to Section 5301.332 of the Ohio Revised Code, you are hereby given notice that the oil and gas lease (the “Lease"), dated April 5, 1960 by and between George M. Jones and Mary L. Jones (as lessors), and Harold M. Bosworth (as lessee), and recorded in Lease Record 96, Page 348 of the Licking County, Ohio lease records, with an Affidavit of Non-Production recorded in Lease Record 142, Page 753 and located upon approximately 100 acres of land in Jersey Township, Licking County, Ohio, will be forfeited. The Lease will be forfeited because the initial term stated in the Lease has expired, the lessors have not received the payment(s) under the Lease necessary to cause the Lease to remain in effect, and production/operations under the Lease have ceased. The successor in interest to lessor, as the present owner of the property hereby intends to file for record an affidavit of forfeiture with the Licking County, Ohio Recorder if you, Harold M. Bosworth, or your respective successors or assigns, do not have the Lease released of record within thirty (30) days from publication of this Notice.
