MOOREFIELD TOWNSHIP PUBLIC NOTICE PROPERTIES at: 4239 ANOKA STREET, SPRINGFIELD OH 45503 1145 WESTMONT DRIVE, SPRINGFIELD OH 45503 are in violation of Ohio Revised Code 505.87. It is your obligation to cut the grass and weeds, property safety repairs (fill in holes, repair/replace sidewalk, dead tree removal, etc.) and/or clean up debris/trash by May 11, 2026. If failure to comply, the Board of Moorefield Township Trustees shall cause the grass and weeds to be cut and/or the debris/trash to be removed. The cost shall be entered upon the tax duplicate and become a lien upon the land from the date of entry.
