PAYNE, Deceased. 2026PR16 DEATH AND CLAIMS NOTICE Notice is given of the death of George H. Payne. Letters of Administration were issued April 11, 2026, to Georgia L. Jeralds, whose mailing address is, 400 S. 30th St., Herrin, Illinois 62948 as Independent Administrator whose attorney of record is Rebecca . E.P.
