SHUMPERT, SR., whose current place of residence is unknown and cannot by reasonable diligence be ascertained, together with any unknown heirs at law and next of kin of ROOSEVELT HARRIS, SR. AKA ROOSEVELT HARRIS, will take notice that the Last Will and Testament of Roosvelt Harris, Sr. along with an "Application to Admit the Will to Probate" were filed in the Probate Division of the Lorain County Court of Common Pleas on January 14, 2026. The Last Will and Testament was admitted to probate in Case Number 2026ES00034. The address of the Court is Lorain County Probate Court, 225 Court Street Room 611, Elyria, Ohio, 44035. Any legal action to contest the validity of the Last Will and Testament must be filed no more than three months after the certificate is filed in the Court evidencing the giving of this notice.
