Clark, the unknown heirs and next of kin of Darryl A. Clark and the unknown heirs and next of kin of Peggy Ann Feathers aka Peggy A. Feathers. You are hereby notified that Peggy Ann Feathers aka Peggy A. Feathers died on November 17, 2024 and that said decedent's Last Will and Testament was admitted to probate by the Trumbull County Probate Court on November 24, 2025, and that Tonia L. Tatar was appointed Executor of the decedent's estate. This notice is given to all persons who would be entitled to inherit from the decedent had the decedent died intestate and to all legatees and devisees named in the Will who do not waive notice. You are receiving this notice as: A person who would be entitled to inherit from the decedent if the decedent had died intestate. Any action to contest the validity of the Will must be filed within three (3) months after the Executor files a certificate evidencing the giving of this notice.
